I have completed one year of regional anaesthesia fellowship at Nottingham University Hospitals. During that time, I had ample opportunities to perform upper limb, lower limb and trunk blocks in a very supportive environment.

There was a mix of elective orthopaedic caseload at City Hospital and emergency trauma cases at Queen's Medical Centre. I have led several quality improvement projects in the field of trauma and regional anaesthesia, developed few hospital guidelines and succeeded to improve the quality of care. I have participated in organizing and delivering local and national regional anaesthesia courses, block clubs, exam tutorials and clinical teaching in theatres.

Research is much supported and fellows get secure time to participate. I really had a great experience and spent a wonderful time during my regional anaesthesia fellowship.
